Bought a 18 inch Samsung dishwasher 2 years ago. There was a shortage but they got me one from Chicago supplier a month later. Turned out remodeling was delayed for months but they started warranty when my contractor installed it and not when I bought it so that was great! Samsung reviews not the greatest but said that they had not seen many repairs. Have used it a lot with no problems.

I was having trouble getting someone out to do a repair for us, the people we bought it from were not available. I called so many places with no luck, then someone suggested I call this shop. They were so nice and someone came out to fix it within a couple hours. When it's time to buy more appliances I will definitely shop here. Stay local - I can't recommend these guys enough.

I have only talked to the lady that is helps run the business with her husband. And just by talking to her, I could tell 100% that I could put my total trust in them. How fantastic when you can believe in the people that you're buying your appliance from.
